Doug has worked in the real estate industry for more than 25 years and has experience in all aspects of the business. This includes but is not limited to residential sales and leasing and he is most proud of his accomplishments over the last decade especially working with commercial sales and leasing. “It`s a real challenge and it couldn’t be more satisfying to complete a transaction” says Doug.

Doug has a strong construction background and has worked in that field for many years before making the decision to focus just on real estate services nearly 20 years ago. He can “speak” the construction language and knows his way around every phase of the job site. He has really connected with many developers over the years and has gained and earned their trust for a smooth transition from project start to project completion.

Savoring his work with first time-time home buyers the most, Doug loves the satisfaction of getting people into their first purchase and the reality of homeownership. Developing these relationships long term is really the goal for him.
